Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Grantsium should be usable by everyone in a consortium, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or high zoom. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AAA for the public website and Level AA as a minimum for the signed-in app.
What we do
- Text and controls meet the AAA contrast ratio of at least 7:1; colour is never the only way information is shown.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Navigation marks the current page, and pages use headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content; long text is set in readable line lengths.
- Animations are switched off when your system asks for reduced motion. Nothing flashes.
- No content is time-limited, except the 14-day sign-in session for security.
Known limitations
- The Gantt chart lets you drag bars to reschedule. Dragging needs a pointer, so every date can also be edited in the item’s details with the keyboard.
- Dense app views (Gantt chart, timesheets, reports) use small labels to fit a multi-year plan on screen. Use browser zoom to enlarge them.
- Some text, such as grant-agreement terminology, may need more than lower-secondary reading ability (WCAG 3.1.5). The FAQ explains the key terms.
