Grantsium is built with GDPR-compliant-by-design principles. We do not claim to be certified or “100% GDPR compliant”. Instead, the platform is designed to collect as little personal data as possible and to keep you in control of it.

Data we collect

• Account: your email address and an optional name.
• Preferences: email frequency, programme and applicant-type interests, notification settings, and your saved calls.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address plus a record of your explicit consent (the consent text, timestamp, and the page you subscribed from).

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies by default. We do not store unnecessary IP addresses or user-agent data.

How we use your data

We use your data only to operate your account, remember your saved calls and preferences, and — if you have explicitly consented — send you the newsletter. We never sell your data, and no personal data is sent to any AI provider.

Newsletter consent

You are only added to the newsletter if you actively tick the consent box. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

• Access and export your personal data as JSON from your profile.
• Delete your account and associated data at any time.
• Update your name and preferences whenever you wish.
• Withdraw newsletter consent by unsubscribing.

Processors we rely on

Grantsium uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the service — including hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
